Legal

Terms

The terms governing use of the Thrayne service.

Last updated 17 January 2026

Scope

This document applies to Thrayne Systems, Inc. and to every service operated under the thrayne.dev domain, including the managed control plane and the self-hosted distribution.

Definitions

"Service" means the Thrayne release orchestration platform. "Customer" means the entity that has entered into an agreement with us. "Content" means any data submitted to the Service by a Customer.

Our commitments

We process Content only to provide the Service, and only in the regions a Customer has selected. We do not use Content to train models. We retain Content for the period configured on the Customer's plan, after which it is deleted from primary storage and from backups on the documented rotation.

Your responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the configuration they submit, for the access they grant to their users, and for ensuring that any personal data they submit may lawfully be processed by us.

Changes

Material changes are announced at least thirty days in advance by email to account administrators and recorded in the changelog.
